1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lvjl ("lvjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lvjl.asia ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through lvjl.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by lvjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that lvjl may publish from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on lvjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines is 21 years under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. lvjl strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend or permanently close any account where it is discovered that the player does not meet this age threshold.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with lvjl or any applicable gaming authority that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

lvjl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on lvjl, you must complete the account registration process and pass the required Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by lvjl.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lvjl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify lvjl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. lvjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

lvjl may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate any account that is found to contain false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information. Winnings generated through an account registered with false information may be voided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the lvjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). lvjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and select Philippine bank transfer services including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and are subject to the terms of the relevant payment service providers.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your lvjl account balance in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• lvjl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

lvjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. lvjl is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the lvjl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

lvjl uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers operating under established casino protocols. All game outcomes are final once determined. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, lvjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed that exceed the applicable maximum will be reduced to the maximum limit and any excess funds returned to the player's balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lvjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the lvjl Platform are the exclusive property of lvjl or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to use any intellectual property of lvjl or its licensors beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any lvjl content without prior written authorization from lvjl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lvjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lvjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lvjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if lvjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lvjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

lvjl's collection, use, and handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

lvjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lvjl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and lvjl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting lvjl's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may pursue resolution through competent courts or tribunals with appropriate jurisdiction in the Philippines.
